Having lived and worked in the United States (east and west coast), India, Singapore and Indonesia, Sid is a strong believer of the impact that technology can have in connecting people and developing nations.
Prior to OTV, Sid was an Associate at Symphony Technology Group, a Palo Alto-based private equity firm focused on investing in software, technology-enabled and data analytics companies. Prior to Symphony, Sid was an Analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at Barclays Investment Bank in New York City. At Barclays, Sid advised clients on a range of different buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate debt and equity financings.
Sid graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with distinction in all subjects from Cornell University, majoring in Economics with a minor in Biology. While at Cornell, Sid built the Cornell Venture Capital Club and currently serves as the organization’s President Emeritus and sits on its board of advisors.
